Spanakopita
Hearty cheese and spinach filled Spanakopita!
What we used:
- One package of frozen spinach
- Feta cheese
- Mozzerella
- Cream cheese
- Filo dough
- Seasonings to taste (try basil, garlic, cilantro and/or parsley)
How we did it:
- Make mixture to taste and warm on the stove.
- Using frozen filo dough, paint on melted butter.
- Fill the edge of the dough and fold into triangles.
- Line on baking sheet and cook.
Bonus:
- You can use the remaining filo dough to make some danish. We choose raspberry jam and although slightly messy, it tasted delicious!
